AGM at Balcombe Victory Hall – 18th April 2026

The Hall’s new LED lighting system, supported by our Community Fund

This year’s AGM will take place at Balcombe’a Victory Hll on Saturday 18th April 2026 at 10:30 am.

Details and directions will be included in the AGM pack sent to our shareholders.

Non-shareholders are welcome to attend, especially if interested in becoming a shareholder, but please advise us to help us gauge the number of attendees we need to prepare for.

Following the formal part of our AGM, Leo Murray from Riding Sunbeams will give us an update on the project, an idea which resulted from a search around Balcombe for suitable sites for a solar farm. The idea was born when surveying fields next to the London to Brighton railway track, South of the village.

With our Community Fund recently re-opened, we’re now looking for new projects. At the AGM we’ll provide an overview of some recent projects and call upon attendees and our shareholders to assist us in both publicising the fund and identifying potential projects.
