AGM at Victory Hall, Balcombe – 12th April 2025

This year’s AGM will take place at The Victory Hall at Balcombe on Saturday 12th April 2025 at 10:30 am.

We had previously arranged to hold our AGM at Worth Abbey, but we’re now unable to rely on this in time to meet legal requirements for notifying our shareholders. We have therefore moved our AGM to the Victory Hall in Balcombe, where you can see their new LED lighting system which we supported with our Community Fund.

Details and directions will be included in the AGM pack sent to our shareholders.

Non-shareholders are welcome to attend, especially if interested in becoming a shareholder, but please advise us to help us gauge the number of attendees we need to prepare for.
