Balcombe was turned upside-down with fracking in summer 2013. A group of villagers got together to find a positive response to all the division – generating their own power from the sun. This is their story.

After all the disruption of the summer, the village did what villages do best, they held a public meeting. The result? Balcombe’s own renewable energy co-op.
